Newport Folk Festival happened at Fort Adams – 7/26-28

Just a week after Pitchfork, I tackled my second major festival in a row with Newport Folk. The vibes were certainly different, but Newport was an equally satisfying experience in different ways. Highlights this year included Beck, Andrew Bird, Father John Misty and The Mountain Goats.
