Lots of new(ish) stuff that’s caught my ear on this week’s mix, including Danny Brown (up top at the Paradise five years ago, also at Boston’s newly-opened Big Night Live this past Friday), FKA Twigs (who hits House of Blues on Tuesday), Andy Stott, Liturgy, Have a Nice Life, SeeYouSpaceCowboy and Jeff Rosenstock & Laura Stevenson taking on Neil Young. Plus, some classic Metallica, Costello and Teenage Fanclub (which I heard as house music at Wednesday’s Exhumed/Gatecreeper show, of all places).
