Sometimes, the inspiration strikes late. I was running low on fresh ideas for this year’s Halloween mix (short of rummaging through the Cramps and Misfits catalogs once again), but a week of gloomy ’80s and ambient listening sparked the spirit just in time. Enjoy this year’s 40 minutes of eerie Eno, Harry Manfredini groove, live Sonic Youth and Xiu Xiu going wild on the Twin Peaks soundtrack. Happy Halloween!
